Is there a problem with you order? If you have any concerns regarding your order, please don't hesitate to reach out via email to our team at orders@shopwickedwords.com. We want to make sure you have a great experience and will do our best to help you with your unique order in any way we can.
Since we begin processing orders immediately, cancellations are difficult to accommodate. We get started on your order right away so that it comes to your doorstep/mailbox as fast as possible. However, if you email our team at orders@shopwickedwords.com within 24 hours of submitting your order, we may be able to cancel your order.
Did your order get damaged beyond use in the mail? Is there a strange misprint that makes the book impossible to read? We work hard to ensure nothing goes wrong with your orders, but sometimes things beyond our control happen. If something in your order is significantly damaged during it's journey to you, or if there is a significant manufacturer defect or misprint that compromises your book and your ability to read and enjoy it, please reach out to us via email at orders@shopwickedwords.com and include proof of purchase/order number and photos of the problem and we'll do our best to help you in whatever way we can! Please submit such a request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately we do not accept change of mind returns.
We consider every request on a case by case basis and reserve the right to refuse any requests that do not honor the above conditions, and we reserve the right to impose different or additional conditions should the case require it or incases of non-compliance with the above terms.
